His mission is helping people in pain by teaching therapists worldwide his pain treatment approach which incorporates both body work and self-care techniques. These integrated treatments are developed from the diverse techniques of many different body work modalities and from his 20 years of fitness instruction experience.

Techniques for Pain Release
At the end of a long day on the computer your shoulders are tense sore and sometimes painful. This painful effect is more intense if you work on the computer with the repetitive stress of working on the computer every day. Here are two pain treatment techniques appropriate for both professional therapists and home self care.
Technique:
Lewis Circles, a quick and easy self care exercise
Purpose:
This is a very easy exercise is ideal to loosens tight, shoulders, tense neck and stiff upper back. This exercise that can be done anytime without a lot of effort. It is easy and provides a lot of relief.
Tips:
Lewis Circles work best when performed a few times throughout the day and at the end of the day.
Safety:
As with any treatment or exercise, if you feel pain stop.
Level:
Safe for all levels of users.

Purpose:
This shoulder massage technique is useful for treating tight, tense shoulders. The therapist uses this technique to loosen the shoulder, enhance mobility and work muscle tension.
Tips:
This technique works by loosens tight, knotted muscles because they restricts motion and cause shoulder pain. Joint mobilization techniques like this loosen the muscles helping achieve over all shoulder pain relief, so they are an excellent addition to an upper body massage treatment.
Safety:
As with any treatment or exercise, if you feel pain stop. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery, consult your doctor, PT, or therapist.
